BioI have created this journal as a log and extra encouragement for my weight loss. My name is Christopher, I am a 22 year old graduate student at Western Illinois University reading Law Enforcement and Justice Administration. I am currently trying to get hired with a municipal police department or Sheriffs office, but am having mild setbacks with the physical agility testing, thus the reason for the blog.
